The peach and tomato, prosciutto, buttermilk, with chimichurri salad was a fresh and original option. The scallops were served in a creamy but light corn chowder like sauce, and were perfectly cooked. Save room for dessert, especially if the brown sugar cake with brûléd banana and caramelized hazelnut is on the menu. So much flavour !
