No sales tactics and nothing merely than just a conversation. He told me the price for a screen replacement since he believed (phone unseen at this point) that would most likely be the issue. We ended up waiting a day, then going with iRescue. They ended up replacing the screen and calling us that it's ready for pickup. Boran was awesome. I took my iPhone 8 in for a battery replacement. He quoted me 20 minutes and hit the mark. It was simple and easy and he's not only good at what he does, he's also a pleasant person to talk to. I will bring my phone to him again if it ever needs anything.
