I appreciate it also that the staff were still being safe and wearing masks, plus there were other protocols in place including protective barriers. From the little bit of interaction I had, they appear to be savvy, professional, and compassionate. I definitely recommend them and will return if I need their services.

The staff was incredibly kind and personable and kept me updated the entire time. I waited in store for about 45 minutes. The entire process was seamless and I definitely plan on coming back with other devices to get them diagnosed. He did in five minutes what the Samsung tech could not do in 40 minutes, and his kindness is very much appreciated.
