For anyone that's looked into purchasing a projector screen, those things don't come cheap. My only complaint was that we didn't find Jay sooner! My dad had a need for a projector screen and Jay's services saved the day. He was friendly, easy to communicate with and extremely flexible. He is located in the NW suburbs. We picked up the screen at 9:15 on a Friday night and he allowed us to drop back off on Sunday for the contracted rate. His pricing is completely reasonable and fits the bill for any of your needs. Though we were at his home this late, he took the time to show us how to use it and went over it a second time when I asked if I could record him so we wouldn't forget the instructions. Jay was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that the equipment was set up the right way and that it worked with my computer. He arrived on time to set things up and stayed until he confirmed that everything was good to go. The nonprofit I work for was scrambling to get a high powered projector for an outdoor event. Jay was super responsive and sent a very affordable quote- better than any other place I had price checked. When he sent the final contract, he noted that since our event was outside, we'd definitely want to wait until after sundown or it wouldn't be strong enough. I was planning an engagement party and needed a projector and screen to display videos. Everyone I called required I was part of a business or was way too expensive so I was having no luck. iRentProjectors was quick to respond to my email query in renting equipment for our school movie night. All options (screen sizes/costs) were e-mailed and also communicated were the differences in equipment for an outdoor movie compared to an indoor movie. We selected the indoor premium package; a 7 x 12 inflatable screen, 1000W speaker, projector, DVD player, all cords, hard floor weights and muffle box for $353. The equipment came with detailed instructions which were also e-mailed a head of time. I picked up the equipment on the day of the event (a Saturday) and Jay was very patient to explain where all of the cords went, how to set up the equipment (speaker/stand) and took the time to lend us some extra extension cords. He encouraged me to take pictures of where the cords went and made sure that the DVD played before I left. Although I could have the equipment until the Monday I dropped it back at 7.30am the following day. Jay was very accommodating and I would, and already have, recommended his services. read more
