Was referred by neurologist as we both believed surgery wasn't needed but physical therapy to help my upper back/neck area. It was helping at first but once I started going 3x a week, the exercises became a bit much. Ive had Physical therapy before but this was different. My pain assessments were going up but still continued to push. Last time I went, they had me put something over my head with weight of 2.5 lbs and walk with it. That tore my neck up. I was worse than when came. Called and cancelled upcoming appt, reached out to neurologist and they couldn't understand why with my condition I was being instructed to do that. so after missing four days of work during our busy season and almost getting written up for missing work, im on the mend. Here's the thing that made it worse, they didnt care. I guess they already got paid so what difference does it make. I reached out to the Physical therapist was working with, not a word. Not one word. Cold. When you see so many good reviews you cant help but take it personally like what is it about me that I could get 5 star treatment. Trying to care for my health just made it worse. Have since found somewhere else to go and have now heard from a few Dr's and 2 Physical therapist some of the exercises I was being told to do should not have been done with my conditions. This was a waste of time, caused more pain, a lot more and cost me not only copays but missing work.

My primary therapist Arjuena is very knowledgeable and caring. Took me several sessions to warm up (mostly on me) and now I both look forward to each visit, having her push me hard and most important the recovery I feel after each visit. The facility itself seem very well equipped for providing post surgery PT. Arjuena adds something new each time and makes sure no 2 sessions are the same. I feel very fortunate to have been assigned to her and highly recommend her. She is very engaged and definitely cares about how I am doing and pain levels.
