Meesh was super helpful and knew everything inside and out about Hookahs. Our intentions were to buy a piece for our old hookah as we lost one of the pieces. However, he was telling us about the different hookahs and which are good and worth the money. We had no intention of getting a brand new hookah but we did it anyway! He really knew what he was talking about and was sweet enough to throw in a free grapefruit. He was friendly and easy to talk to! If you head over to this smoke shop, talk to Meesh! iPUFF SMoke Shop is fantastic!!! The Owner Moe, and his Wife are incredible people! You feel so welcomed, Great "Family" type of Vibe and great conversations with these people! Most importantly they legit have a wife selection of all Smoke Smoke Stuff! Lots of variety, lots of choices! Pricing is extremely comfortable & the "price match" option they do is great. Dear Ipuff , This is very upsetting to a costumer who has been supporting your business for 5 years since I moved here. I know people make mistakes all the time I always gave you the benefit of the doubt. My brother wanted to do something generous for me. He recently brought a Vape that cost $132.75 in this store. The original price from the original company is selling the product for 69.99 shipping is free when ordering over $30 taxes not included. Therefore, if I'm bringing a family or friend by themselves to buy something in your store I trust them to give the realistic price of any product in this shop. They wanted to compensate me for a disposable Vape that is less than the price of the product my brother brought. Honestly it's not about the money. It's the principle and respect towards your customers that trust you.They are not to be trusted anymore please everyone you're better off buying them online its way cheaper then in store. also, always price check the brands before buying anything anywhere. At the end I wasn't able to get a refund ,even when I brought it back just how it was. overall, no hard feelings, I wish you the best. This is freedom of speech. read more

The smoke shop is "ok". The prices are very inconsistent which is not a great way to keep customers coming back. The girl behind the counter had terrible customer service skills and gave her opinion when no one asked. It was not a "friendly" smoke shop. She had a nasty attitude. read more

I've never been spoken to like that in my life, especially by someone representing a business. The situation only escalated when Gabby went out of her way to call me back later from her personal phone -- clearly not the store line -- and threatened to have her "boys" come after me, my husband, and even my 9-year-old son. Threatening a child is beyond inexcusable. I don't know if she was just trying to intimidate me or if I should genuinely be fearful for my family's safety, but either way it's completely unacceptable. On top of that, I've personally witnessed questionable activity at this shop, which makes her behavior even more concerning. Customers should feel safe and respected when they interact with a business, and this was the exact opposite. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

She demonstrated each step first, then guided us through the process in real time, making sure no one felt left behind. She even restarted portions of the lesson a couple of times just to ensure everyone was on the same page, which was greatly appreciated. At the end of the session, Casey shared some of the other classes offered by The Craft Kit, and wow, what a great course list. Such a fun team activity and I'm genuinely obsessed with my chonky kawaii blanket. It took me about two hours to finish my blanket from start-to-finish.
