Wish they had this good quick & reliable service back in Sydney haha!!…read more Came here for the first time in December 2010, around the time when smart phones were getting popular & the non smart phones which were your old favorites were now alot cheaper :). Just got a basic Nokia with a sim card to keep in contact with all my family around Sweden & Finland :). Been back 2014 and now again May 2017, My last 3 visits I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes, you got to be happy about that :D!! Mum went somewhere in Huddinge back in 2014 to get soughted with a sim card & i don't know what the guy did but it was problem after problem .... took it to Soba after a couple weeks & he said the guy cut the simcard wrong & jammed it in the phone.. poor workmanship!! Took him about 20 mins to fix :) As soon as we got to my Mormors house yesterday my mum gives me her phone & says take it to your guy :D. He fixes computers aswell so early 2011 my morfars usb drive 1 of 2 on his laptop broke.. took to him & he said if it was desktop it would be a simpler fix but laptops are compact for a reason & everything is compressed & as one together.. so to fix it would of been about the same price as getting a new one.. advice was free of charge .. you can just imagine some places would probably of took it & opened it up & tell you what he said 2 days later at a cost ?! For anything Mobile or computer related I can't imagine going anywhere else :D!!!

In the space of a previous bicycle store this computer store has opened. They do sell computers as…read morewell as computer accessories and also repair computers and phones/pads. I have only bought some cables here and I found them both service-minded and fairly competitive in pricing. I also saw the prices for exchanging broken screen on the iphone and seemed fairly reasonably priced for that as well so if I ever manage to break mine I would probably hand it in here. One of these nice to have stores so will make sure to buy from them instead of ordering online so that it is a service we can keep in the area.

Before buying a new graphic card my son e-mailed some questions about problems he had with his…read moreformer card (not bought from Inet), and Inet answered very professional and my son recieved some advices. But during some maintennace work my son managed to distroy his card with a screwwdriver. We therefore had to buy a new card. Given the good support we have had so far we went to Inet at Sveavägen, and the advices we got was really helpful. If you don't have perfect knowledge about the PC- market and the products, my advice is that you to go to Inet and let them guide you to the best products for your needs. As long as they keep their service level this high I will buy my stuff at Inet and not look for just lower prices anywhere else.

Short and sweet review. I arrived around 1300 to pack and mail some items back home. The lady (I…read moreforgot to get her name) helping me was patient and helpful. She packed my fragile items up, explained the process for a foreigner shipping items out of the country, and then went through all the rates to find the best one. FYI shipping a 4 kg box via UPS or DHL to the US is insanely expensive. I ended up choosing the Swedish PostNord since it was three times cheaper than the private companies. A good experience. If you are unable or just don't want to pack up your own package then coming here vs the actual post office is probably your best bet. The packing supplies are reasonably priced and they will complete the customs forms for you.
