The repaired the Touch ID on my iPhone 7 after another shop botched it up last time. They did not add this cost on it was complimentary. I thought it was due to my own stupidity but the last repair I've had I did it with the Apple store and they informed me a very poor quality replica has been fitted and thats why it was breaking so easily. Terrible experience, avoid them at all costs! They replaced my damaged IPhone screen for £135 including a new 'home button'. The screen which they fitted cracked within one week whilst I was simply holding the phone! Clearly the 'genuine Apple screen' which they fitted was a very poor quality fake. I was refused a refund or replacement for this defective screen, and having read other reviews (see for yourself!) fitting screens that immediately break, due to no fault of the customer, is something they do all the time! read more

I cannot urge people strongly enough to stay away from this outfit. Not only have they ruined the iPad they were supposed to be mending, they charged me £90 for the privilege, refused a refund, and refused to honour their so-called 12-month, 'no-quibble' warranty. Truly, the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Be aware that although their signage suggests they're an authorised Apple Repair Centre, they are not - taking your device here will invalidate any Apple warranty you have, and Apple won't touch your device in future to rectify any damage. I was quoted £80 by this firm to replace my ipad's battery after I explained on the phone that it was only charging intermittently and not retaining charge - an apparent full charge was lasting less than 30 minutes after unplugging the cord. They promised an overnight service and I was happy to support a local business. After taking the ipad in, a guy who calls himself Jack (apparently the manager, and ipad repairer) called me to say the problem was not the battery but the charging chip, and the repair cost would be £90. It seemed expensive but I was anxious to have the device back and working, so I agreed. I collected my ipad the next day, paid and was given a 12-month warranty card. However as soon as I got home, it was immediately apparent the problem hadn't been solved at all. The ipad was still only charging intermittently, and still failing to retain charge. I phoned the firm, and said Jack rudely asked me to return it. I did so - and there followed a period of being fobbed off for almost three weeks on a daily basis. So much for the overnight service. The staff were abrupt and/or rude on every occasion I phoned. Twice they actually put the phone down on me, saying there were customers in the shop and they too busy to speak. Eventually, three weeks after I first got in touch, they rang to say the problem with the ipad was the battery after all, and the cost to deal with it would be a futher £80. I naturally declined, pointing them to their original diagnosis and so-called warranty. I said I'd be collecting the device the following day, and has nothing had been repaired I wanted a full refund. They refused. So yesterday I went to collect the ipad, having phoned the police first as I anticipated trouble. As expected, manager Jack refused my refund or to honour the warranty. He repeatedly screamed at me to shut up and told me I was an animal who needed putting down. He then called the police, who were extremely sympathetic and helpful. They advised me to go home and deal through trading standards, as they said being a woman alone in the shop presented a risk to myself. Arriving home, things were even worse than I thought. I realised they'd replaced the glass in the ipad - something I never asked them to do. There is now an amount of dirt and debris trapped behind the glass, and most of the screen icons don't work. The device still has the original charging problems. In other words, it's useless. I'm no longer able to access mail and most other apps and functions. I thought this was an authorised repair centre - the shop's signage gives this impression. I discovered too late that it's not, which means Apple won't now offer a repair. I rang the shop again, and once again they refused a refund or to honour their warranty. All in all, a truly dreadful experience - please, everyone, stay away. Don't risk your device to save a few pounds - and you probably won't even do that. I don't intend to let the matter go, so if anyone else has bad experiences to report I'd be very glad to hear them. read more

Terrible service. Charged £65 for a iphone screen replacement, £10 for a protective phone case. The screen was poor quality, phone case useless, and within 24 hours the phone screen had smashed under very very minimal impact. Store manager was very unhelpful and rude. Would not offer to replace or repair. Do not recommend to anyone. read more

Very dissatisfied customer! Took them my laptop which had stopped communicating with keyboard/mouse. Verdict within a couple of hours. USB port problem. We will quote soon. Two days later I had to call back, no over the phone quote. 'Oh it will be between £120 and £150 pounds'. Noticed the card machine was 'out of order, cash only'. A week later my computer was ready (wow they must be busy) Called to collect it, what a surprise the bill came to the higher ammount! Credit card machine still out of order! Cash only or bankers draft! Response bordering on rudeness. In effect 'we have your machine either put up or shut up' What if I had wanted to spread the payment over a couple of months using my credit card? Option not available-hard luck! Do not bother with this shop, I took an IPhone in for a screen repair and it came back with another fault. The new screen cracked within 24 hours so took it back for another repair and still there was another fault this time with the motherboard they repaired again but still not working properly, I have lost all confidence in these repair shops my advice is to take your phone to Apple it may be more expensive but at least your repair Will be genuine I feel conned and still no phone a over £400.00 worse off read more
