Completely miserable experience over 4 months and just when i thought it wouldnt be any more rediculous, i met the paralegal from the attorneys office they suggested (however the attorney was very graceful and easy to work with upon closing). Horrible attitude, work ethic, and sense of proffesionalism. The closing was also completely un orthodox. I do believe some people here do try their best, but that wasnt the case with the individuals i dealt with.

Telephone customer service security questions if you happen to need them, are borderline overkill, but at least you can understand why. That said, a visit to the bank itself is very friendly,flexible, small town banking. Great people, and atmosphere. Cant beat it.
