Jeanieva is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as she says, "hello" at the door. I am open to spirituality and new experiences but never had done Reiki. I felt lighter, a bit lightheaded and did have a headache for a few minutes when she was working my crown chakra. She said that was normal. The door was locked and there were no cars in the lot, which made me nervous, but I was early so I just rang the Ring doorbell. No one answered. I peeked inside and it looked closed (only lights I could see were the ones around the giant lobby mirror), but there was a sign saying everyone was with customers, so I didn't panic. 5:10 - still no response when I rang the bell, so I tried calling the number. I got a voicemail. 5:15 - called again, still voicemail, then I rang the doorbell like ten times, but still nothing. (It's a Ring bell--shouldn't someone be able to see that there's a customer at the door?) I waited until 5:20, but at this point, I was boiling hot because it was 85 degrees and they have no shade anywhere in their parking lot. I was worried I'd get a sunburn. I was also pretty upset by this point, as I had a feeling they'd forgotten about my appointment. I ended up making an appointment with a different spa down the street (shout-out to Harmony Massage & Spa for taking me on such short notice and helping get all those knots out, I highly recommend them!), and while I was in that appointment, Aracieli from Lotus called and said "I apologize, I had a mix-up with the time." In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do? I can't speak for the quality of service, as I received none, but if you book with these people, I HIGHLY recommend calling at least 1-2 days before your appointment and confirming with an actual person that someone will be there, because if you check their reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to.

As Lorena worked on my head and then moved down to my feet, I didn't even realize at first that she had left my head. I absolutely loved my experience at Reiki Wellbeing…read more I signed up for the Reiki level 1 certification class, and it was everything I wanted! First off, Victoria is an amazing teacher, very loving, warm, and friendly. Her energy is awesome! She's incredibly knowledgable about Reiki and explains the history and concepts very well. She also made sure to cover everything and stay on schedule, which was much appreciated. Also, previous to the class, she emailed an information packet to all the participants containing directions, meal spots in the area, a list of items to bring, and other information, which I thought was a nice touch. The energy of the "Heaven on Earth" location is so peaceful and calm. I've never had an easier time centering and dropping into meditation than I did in that space. It was even easier after the attunememt process, which was a very powerful and beautiful experience. I felt that the class was very in-depth, and you definitely get your money's worth, if that's a concern. Victoria is the real deal, and I can't imagine learning Reiki from anyone else.
