She met with me for 10 minutes, apparently making note on what I was looking for and said she would need to get in touch with the third party designer and get back to me on timing and pricing. Oh...we couldn't have done this on the phone? When you go into her shop she has many examples and designs that you can sample from. Basically, if you can imagine it and dream it up in your mind, she can make it happen.
