When asking for a copy I was told another family had one and they could not provide it ever because their records do not go back that far. I asked if it was lost if they could provide it. She said no and hung up on me. I said I would get whatever paperwork was needed to be provided the information. She also accused me of just wanting money and yelled "you aren't even in the trust anyway". I in no way am looking for money, but helping with the financial piece since My grandmother has dementia and we are working on end of life care and I explained that I was in a very fragile state dealing with all of this and was continually yelled at and then hung up on.

I highly recommend Phillip. I have been going to Phillip for several years now, ever since I lived…read morein Oklahoma, and he is the absolute best to work with. I was referred to him by my parents who had been going to him for a few years and were very happy. I met with him early on when still in college, he talked with me and gave me advice and I ended up not actually opening an account until later, and he was totally cool with it, no pressure. I am glad I went back to him, he is incredibly knowledgable, easy going and best of all super patient. I consider myself a reasonably educated person but I am almost hopelessly naive with financial matters. He always explains things thoroughly and simply, and then has that ability to dumb something down without making you feel dumb yourself. I really respect his opinion, so far after about three years of working with him we are in a better place than ever. The best part about working with Phillip is that over the years we have moved twice, but since he communicates so well via email, and now has online chat capability (that isn't a huge pain to use) we can still work with him even from across the country. Also Paula his office manager is exceptional, helpful, super nice and always friendly. Again, if you need a financial advisor, give Phillip a call.
