What a difference for the better. Immaculately clean store front *and* interior. Plenty of space between product displays and in the aisles. It feels like a much more shopper-focused layout.
The selection of brands and bottle sizes has never left me wanting. Whatever I went in shopping for, they've had it. The employee I see there every visit, Neil, even offers salient recommendations and has turned me on to a great vodka distillery that I wouldn't otherwise have ever tried.
When it comes to service, there isn't even a competition. Hands-down the best in this sector. On my very first visit, I simply assumed they were so nice to me because they were new. But, I've enjoyed what I'd describe as VIP service on every subsequent trip.
Today, for example, I called the store from my car while in traffic. I gave Neil my phone number so that he could pull up my last receipt. He read through it and I told him which ones I needed and which to skip. Everything was ready at the checkout and he carried the order out to my vehicle with a friendly energy that almost makes me wish I entertained more often so I could give them more of my business.
Short of that, I decided to come here and post this honest review. Maybe I can't invent more reasons for me to shop there. But, I might be able to convince a couple of you reading this to give them a try.
