If I could give 10 stars, I would! Stephanie is such a gem! Really one of a kind. She's so easy to work with and has a ton of ideas! She gives such great direction and not to mention, the kids LOVE her! My 3 year old has taken photos with Stephanie since she was born and she follows the direction Stephanie gives her because she knows how to work with kids. That's a HUGE must. I always said Stephanie was the baby whisperer. It's incredible to witness how she handles a newborn baby and the photos and moments she captures. It's unlike anything else. After having to post negative feedback yesterday, Stephanie reached out to my wife last night. She told her that we would receive the newborn photos today by 5 pm and she promised a refund of our money for the shoot. We received the photos and are awaiting receipt of the refund. I will update this review again when I receive the This comes after approximately eight weeks of ignoring my wife's attempts to make contact via phone calls, text messages, DMs on social media and emails. I will not be changing my rating even though we have received our photos because no one should have to go through this for a service they paid for up front. I do admit fault for not ensuring a contract was in place to do this photo shoot, we were too trusting. Stephanie is a great photographer. However, she is not a great small business owner. Communication, timeliness, professionalism are all lacking. Overall I would be very cautious in using Intuitive Images Photography. Find a way to get yourself some assurance before committing to using Stephanie for a photo shoot. In other reviews of this business, people have made mention to getting a "promised by date" in a contract and to work out an up front deposit, paying the rest upon completion of the contractual obligations. We worked with Stephanie about 5 years ago on a mini shoot, and in November 2021 I purchased a Black Friday deal voucher that was supposed to be good for a session between 1/1/22 - 10/31/22. I initially reached out in June 2022 and between then and August she barely responded to my messages and would not provide dates or times to schedule a session. I had requested my money back because of her lack of communication with me, and she responded: "If you decide that you'd still like me to honor your certificate I am happy to do so, and I can do my best to work with your timeframe. Of course, it's your decision." However, she never responded to any of my messages after that and her website and business email subsequently got shut down. I submitted a dispute with my bank and received my $300 back, but I assume if I hadn't paid with a credit card she would've stolen our money. I understand if you accept a new role and no longer have time to fulfill your previous obligations, but please don't steal other people's hard earned money. read more

You honestly don't have to look any further, Stephanie is soo beyond our family photographer. She is a part of our family. My husband and I both feel like we hit the jackpot back in 2014 when I shot Stephanie and email throwing out an idea to shoot our destination wedding in Napa. To my surprise. I went back and forth with her on how I would rather die then take our engagement photos at the beach in flannel, no offense to people who love that, I just wanted something different. She came back with the Disney Concert Hall and had us go full formal. Soo much YES!!! We had the best time you could imagine, and even ended up in the fountain, all the while her sweet face shooting, as if we had known her forever. Like a sister would be soo happy for you and your love story. Our wedding was nothing short of fabulous. She even brought a lot of humor to a floral catastrophe. Her and her associate Kim still get talked about at family gatherings as being sooo much fun! Last year she shot my friends wedding, and she didn't disappoint. Made the wedding party grin from ear to ear in an insane amount of heat, and stuck true to her dancing machine roots getting on the dance floor with us. We recently had a little guy, and she will be shooting our first photos as a family. I can not wait to see what wonderful memories she will freeze for us. We absolutely adore Intuitive Images! Stephanie was amazing to work with! The moment we met for our initial meeting, we hit it off! I just knew she had to be our photographer for our wedding. Fast forward almost a year later after that meeting, she was a rockstar at our wedding. Our favorite photos were our candid, goofing off, not posing pictures. She has an eye for details, and her assistant that came did as well! We really loved the small details that they caught throughout our day. We were worried it was going to rain the day of our wedding. I have been following Intuitive Images on social media for at least 6/7 years now. Stephanie used to be the photographer for a lot of friends and acquaintances in the swing dancing scene. The quality of her pictures are impeccable: the posing, lighting, and editing. I wanted so badly for my family to be photographed by her. So finally I scheduled! I waited waaaay too long! It was after all the shut downs in Covid. She was very respectful of current guidelines, keeping a safe distance and our pictures did NOT disappoint! We still proudly have her images on our walls. I think I was most amazed at how she posed my family, not easy with 2 squirmy, cranky toddlers. It was so natural and my girls actually had so much fun. We've used Intuitive Images every year for the last 10 years. Stephanie is a great photographer and my kids love working with her.

While Stephanie is a talented photographer, she is a bit over her head with the business side of things. For instance once she collects your money and takes photos, it is very difficult to finish the rest of your photo experience -she is pretty non-responsive to emails and texts unless you hound her. I am still waiting for my paper copy prints, despite numerous requests. She finally acknowledged (after my millionth email) that my photo prints took longer than expected (and blamed it on the lab). She offered a credit, but when I asked for details on how the credit would work, again I got crickets. No response. I've written it off but will use someone else next time. Given the prices, I would have expected a more professional interaction. Go to Monkey and Peas photography. A little pricey, but worth the $. read more

I am truly heartbroken over how this photographer has handled our business. We had Stephanie shoot our wedding 2 years ago and everything came out beautiful. I reached out towards the end of my pregnancy to have Stephanie shoot newborn photos for us. She came to our home and shot for an hour. Left and asked if she could post pictures of the shoot on her Instagram and I had no problem with that. I had to pay upfront ($350) for the shoot because she said she blocked up the entire week for newborn shoots. It has been 9 weeks and I have not heard anything! I have emailed several times. Reached out via text, email, Instagram message, and have called and left voicemails. I'm so HEART BROKEN as newborn photos are not something you can retake. I just want my photos of my daughter! We are located a good distance away from her and she still knew about a small out of the way park near us that we didn't even know about that provided a great backdrop. Stephanie is an extreamly talented photographer, HOWEVER I feel she overbooks herself with new jobs & is unable to complete jobs that have already been paid for in a timely manner. She is non-responsive to emails and texts without multiple follow ups. She often uses personal family excuses of why you have not yet received your photos such as "my kids are sick, my husband is out of town". Although I've tried to be understanding & patient regarding her family issues, I feel it's a bit unprofessional providing excuses of her personal life within the business world, especially after we spent $1300. Additionally, when she did provide us with a disc of our wedding photos, the disc had somehow blanked. We offered to pay for another disc in which Stephanie advised she could send another at no charge. We sent her our address to resend the disc & over 2 1/2 months went by, she never sent the new disc. We attempted to follow up several times which Stephanie would not reply to. Once she did respond, she told us that we were a low priority. We've been married over a year & a half and I still have not received all of our wedding pictures. I was referred by a friend of mine who later told me she had trouble getting her wedding photos also. We HIGHLY recommend that IF booking with this photographer, you have her include a "photos promised by" in your contract, otherwise, be warned, it will take months if you ever get them at all. read more

I was really satisfied with the photoshoot I did with Intuitive Images, and continue to be impressed with the work she does on some of my friends photoshoots! I've had quite a few photographer's try to do photoshoots for me so that I could have some professional shots. But I am really nervous in front of a camera and the shots always look awkward. Stephanie of Intuitive Images not only got me to relax but she had so much creativity for the scenery and ideas to position us (nothing felt like posing) that the pictures came out far better than anything else I've done! For Christmas I wanted to get my parents a photo session to update our family photos. My cousin referred me to Stephanie and I was excited to have some professional pictures of my family finally done. The photo session was really fast and she was very nice. HOWEVER, in the contract I was promised prints and a cd that would be mailed to me once the photos were finished. When the 2 photos came they were nice (i wish I could have chosen the prints that she sent because the ones she printed and sent weren't my favorite) and the cd she sent was BLANK! So in response I sent her multiple emails over the course of (6 months) asking to receive a new cd with the photos on it. Our photoraphy session was in February of 2011 and it is September 2011 and I have yet to receive any photos. I am extremely upset and I will never use stephanie again! I suggest if you use Stephanie to hold half your payment until you receive everything first. Live and learn. read more

I was married in April 2011, Stephanie agreed to send photos, canvas prints, and CD. After 6 months I received 2 photos (not the greatest, but they were OK) and a CD. The CD was crap, all of the pictures were out of order and the pictures that were on it were just OK. My family took much better pictures with their digital cameras. I was embarassed to share them with family and friends. Not only were the pictures themselves just OK, but the number of pictures that were edited and given to me was also embarassing. For the entire 4 hour event, I got 200 pictures, most of which were doubles (one color, one black and white) and I would say 1/4 of the pictures were of food and dumb, unimportant things (presents, food, trees and flowers, not of people or the event). After I went through the pictures, I emailed her the 2 pictures I wanted printed on canvas. I was told it would take a few weeks. After 8 weeks, I tried contacting her numerous times through email and calling her cell, but did not get any response. I finally messaged her on Facebook and was responded right away. She told me the prints were in, she had them and would ship them to me that next day. I waited 2 weeks and did not receive them. Tried contacting her again... Email, cell phone and Faceboom again. No reaponse. I tried several times and have still not gotten ahold of her. I don't know where my prints are or went but I still do not have them. She has either changed her phone number or I have been blocked from calling her. She also went to the extreme of blocking me from contacting her through Facebook, so now I have absolutely no way of contacting her or putting her on blast for being so unprofessional. I am geussing all of my emails and calls are now blocked in some way and I don't think I will ever get my prints from her. THIS GIRL IS A JOKE, NOT A PROFESSIONAL, AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE. Save yourself alot of time and money and please go elsewhere. Stephanie is not a good photographer. She is amazing at her craft, and makes her clients feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I am always impressed with her ability to handle children --who may not be terribly excited about mom's wardrobe requests or the session in general! The pictures are always wonderful. Stephanie has this amazing ability to capture these special little moments (nothing contrived) with perfect natural light in the background. I got married in April, and it is now August and I still have not received my wedding pictures... no CD, no prints, no NOTHING. I have emailed, and tried to contact her through the website as well as through personal email, but have gotten no response. I would NOT recommend her to any of my friends and family, her communication is terrible, and like I said, I have been married for exactly 4 months now, and still have not received any of my pictures. At my wedding in April 2011 she was great, didn't get exactly what I wanted but I was happy with her not being in the way. After the wedding Stephanie's communication was horrible. Both my mom and I made several attempts to contact her to get my pictures and after call after call after call and not recieving any calls back, we had to log on to Facebook where she spends 90% of her time to get any kind of response. We finally got our picture 5 months later. The picures were ok, there were alot that we didn't want and alot were blurry. We are still waiting for our 2 canvas prints that were a part of our package that she has not sent us yet. Agian I have tried to email, call and Facebook and have gotten no response. She is horrible and would NOT reccomend her to my worst enemy. I am trying to figure out how I am going to get my canvas prints out of her, it has been 7 months and we still have not recieved what we paid for and were promised.
