I have been a customer for over 25 years. I get scammed and I get punished. I couldn't see my new acct. I wasn't allowed to do online banking anymore. When I switched accts. They guaranteed a payment I had coming up would go through, no they rejected it,.... needless to say I no longer bank at intrust Bank. Don't trust them read more

My first experience with this bank was not a good one. Tried to use the drive up Atm (toddler in the car) and it was being serviced. Went through the teller lane to see of they could assist me on withdrawing cash and sat there for several minutes without anyone helping me, finally I just left and went to the other banks drive thru. read more

The people are very friendly and call me by my first name, and they always make me feel welcome. After two years there, I will say they have exceeded my expectations in terms of service.

I needed to start using it again. I walked in to get a debit card and check on the savings account. We went over the online options, which I can appreciate. They helped me get caught up to speed on my account. I am only a short distance from this branch and plan to use it frequently.

What the hell can you do with 9 cents in 2023? I was sent emails and harassed over pennies. Woe to you who get a mortgage with this company or have a actual car payment that is behind. I was sent emails to resolve a matter I did not cause. I am angry, I am dissapointed and I will not be doing business with this bank in the future. I would say the word for this was PETTY. This is not FRIENDLY treatment.

I had first contacted Hai a couple years ago to request a quote on car insurance. My daughter was…read moregoing to start driving and the quote I received from our previous insurance agent was extremely high. After we sent the cancellation letter to my previous insurance agent, he contacted me and suggested that I review the quote carefully and get clarifications on a few items because there was no way another insurance company could provide a better deal without cutting corners. Hai was able to easily alleviate any concerns my previous agent caused. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me. This year I had to submit my first claim after our basement flooded. I have never had to submit a claim but Hai has been so helpful throughout the entire process. After talking to the claims adjuster, I was confused because he stated our policy limit was a lot less than what I saw on the Declarations page. Hai was able to contact the claims adjuster to have him review the claim again. Since then, the claims adjuster was pretty unresponsive and Hai continued to regularly follow up with him and escalated the issue to his managers. After almost a month, the claims adjuster contacted me and provided an update on the claim. I am so grateful for Hai's assistance throughout this claims process!
