He made excuses that the contractor said this and that , but really why install dead switches now we have to push multiple switches to find the one that works. He also worked for a very dishonest contractor we fired for being dishonest. You would be better off getting a plumber to do your electrical than this company. I would love to send pics out of all the dead switches you installed that goes to nothing, I have had two other companies come and give us a quote to repair your screw ups. You should have come and repaired these once you found out. It's on you I walked your guys through it as well during the remodel, as you are aware they don't tell the truth that's why you fired one of them. As you are aware to your guys ran over our mail box , when I asked them if they did it they said no like you did. Once I found the mailbox paint on your truck then yall admitted it but I replaced it with no help from you. Another thing ask your guys if I didn't show them that the lights in living room and master bedroom flickered when they were on we were here when they saw them flickering, they never did anything about it. Not to mention that they broke my glass stove top on the electric stove , they were the only one here at the end. It cost us 1600$ you pulled the same thing you did on the mailbox lied no accountability at all. You had multiple occasions to come and repair things, once you received money you haven't been back. I have a failure and warranty issue with a couple of light fixtures, which I brought to their attention over a month ago. The issue has yet to be resolved, and I can never seem to reach anyone at the store, either by phone or in person. When I go by the store, it seems it is always closed, even during their "regular" business hours. When I call, it's an answering machine (or voice mail). What a terrible way to run a business. Really poor service, at least "after the sale"...
