Upon calling, you'll reach a call center with people that are very difficult to understand. Scheduling an appointment will find you rescheduled several times and holding on the phone while they negotiate with the provider. An appointment for my son was rescheduled three times by their office, not us! We specifically asked for in person appointments and they continued to change them to video visits. Just out of pure laziness or so it seems. The licensed professional counselor that he did see was polite and professional but that was the extent. No care for a future plan whatsoever! And for that, I was billed $200. I was originally quoted $150. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! These guys need business mental health!

Finally after getting with Dr. Pedraza I realized I had not been on the right medication and I was just being pushed along for years with no medical care and attention. Every appointment is always the same, she will always find out how I'm doing, and talk about any changes or needs. I never feel like I'm just having medication pushed on me, I don't feel like I'm in and out and my questions haven't been answered, she really cares for her patients. Her office is efficient and always makes sure I'm taken care of.

Lorena and Morgan provided excellent therapy. During the day shifts Dina was especially attentive and caring. In the evening Mitzi and Ann took great care of me as well. The care given by these people is what made my stay at Ignite a successful one.

Ignite put her in a room, left her in bed for up to 14 hours and only got her up to walk in the PT room...no walking down the halls. She was released with bedsores from being left in bed with soiled pjs. When she returned to her regularly Assisted Living facility she was again up and walking, bedsores treated and healed. It was a disaster to put her in Ignite.
