I wanted to leave a review for Sound Feet Shoes after this being my third experience buying there…read more Once was a pair for my mom. The associate was nice and helped my mom out with using the machine that helps with insoles. We purchased the shoes and insoles that day. The second time I went in knowing exactly what color/size Birkenstocks I wanted. The associate grabbed them and checked me out right away, and informed me I had $15 off which I didn't know I had. This 3rd time I went in and bought a pair as a gift. The receiver didn't love the color and I was able to return them with the shoes and the receipt. No hassle or anything. They were very friendly about trying to pick a different shoe. Only bummer is that they can't order colors they don't carry (ie saw a color on the Brooks website but they don't carry it and can't order it). It's nice to have a place where you can get a pair of shoes that are an investment and know that you're going to be helped to find the best shoes for you. Highly recommend.

Best shoe shopping experience EVER!…read more Happily welcomed as soon as I entered the building. Kathryn helped me right away and gave me an overview of the process. I honestly didn't know what I was in for before visiting the store. All I know is I received a number of recommendations to come here for my running needs. I'm a 18-month postpartum momma wanting to get back into running, so I know I needed something more than the average shoe. Kathryn was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They didn't have my exact shoe size for the shoe I wanted in stock so she ordered it online and it will be here on Monday. While this is online with their procedure, I can't express how grateful I was for such an awesome customer service experience. Typically, shoe places will try to upsell you and get what they can out of you, but I never felt that way at Fleet. Also, the store is very clean, bright, and full of color-----adds to the welcoming aspect. Thank you, K! Can't wait for my shoes to come in.

There was a major thing missing - an employee to assist in finding the right size and style to meet my needs. I haven't purchased a suit coat in close to a decade, and it is time to replace the one I currently use. I have no idea what size would fit best, or what style would be the better choice. Maybe I expected too much from a department store that I thought assisted customers in their purchase decisions.

I look forward to returning for sandals...some very nice brands like Bernardo and Jack Rogers. Meanwhile, I will NOT return to the local Chico's. Overpriced, over-embellished, dowdy clothing, some OK but overpriced costume jewelry. I asked to return a charm bracelet, contained in the same silent auction and still containing its price tag and Chico tag. Too bad, I was told, the sales clerk had no way of knowing where the bracelet came from. Who cares? It was an item from Chico's.

Short, mini, tight things everywhere, well except for the mens area. Great cute stuff for pretty cheap too! Shoes, purses, sunglasses, jewelry. Everything I checked out was less than $10. I did come to sell thing and out of the 3 grocery bags I brought they only took a pair of pants.
