Every time I allow myself to relax, I drift off naturally, and when I wake up, I feel refreshed and energized instead of groggy or like I overslept. As someone who has always struggled with sleep and rarely feels truly rested, this has been life-changing. They've got some new staff members there though are very much not about helping out the patient. I ran out of medication and it missed the refill date on my medication by a couple of weeks, so I called them to ask that they call in the medication so that I didn't run out of medication which would be bad for my health. I was told by the guy who answered the phone, whose name was Jerome I think, that they were too big and too busy to call in prescriptions anymore and then if I ran out of medication that was my own problem. Since I've been a patient for years I ask to speak to dr. Trombley, only to be informed by Jerome that speaking to the doctor wasn't allowed anymore. I tried one more time and told him that I couldn't run out of medication and stay out of medication until they can reschedule me a new appointment, and that I would rather not switch doctors and that all they had to keep it for switching doctors for this call in the prescription to the pharmacy, but they told me that I should just buy the different doctor if I wasn't willing to do without my medication for several weeks. So I found another doctor locally and vitality has lost another patient. Well they've lost two, because my uncle will be switching with me. My advice is to find a different Medical Practice, as this one seems to have people at the front desk who are not conserved whatsoever with the health of the patients. They actually told me I was asking you to do me a favor and they didn't do that.

Paying for the office visit isn't a big deal. They monitor you like 2x per year. However, the meds ARE covered by most in Vitality outright refuses to do anything that they might consider inconvenient: provide requested info to my insurance so that meds are covered (i.e. a phone call), change the message on their answering machine when they're on vacation, etc... As a previous reviewed mentioned, there are plenty of other men's health clinics in Charlotte. Dr. Trombley is a really good doctor (gets 2 stars just for that), however the office staff is so bad... so bad... they must have some compromising photos of him. Save yourself the hassle.
