Beth and her team are awesome. I've been coming here for a while, having gone through breast cancer and Beth is always so kind and professional. She knows her stuff and is always on it. The shop is very small and their selection of bras is limited, but Beth makes it easy and makes me feel good when I go. Thanks, Beth! read more

Beth is absolutely the best. I have been a (sometimes very demanding) lymphedema client for the past 10 years as Beth has designed very wearable custom compression garments in response to very specific feedback. The most recent set are the best yet in terms of fit on delivery. She is one of the few practitioners who has made a negative situation manageable with her kindness and professional attitude. Always grateful to you, Beth. read more

Thank you, Beth, for your supportive and compassionate demeanor ~ as well as your kindness, patience and responsiveness as I navigated a new "adventure" at your shop. I am grateful for your knowledge and expertise! read more

I was sent to Intimate Image by my Occupation al Therapist for a compression bra/pad and compression sleeve and glove. Beth did a really good job in measuring/fittting me. My only feedback is when I asked if the compression bra would be warm, she should have offered me the option of a lighter weight bra. I have struggled with the heat caused by the bra, since I need to wear it 24/7, which includes my frequent exercise program. Fast forward to yesterday, I went into the store to buy a different pad. Katie worked with me and I asked if there was an option for a lighter weight bra. She looked through their inventory and was able to find one that met my needs. The difference in my comfort was immediate! She was so kind, funny and made me feel so cared for! There needs to be more people in the world like Katie. read more

Very conscientious, professional staff that truly understands the impact of breast surgery and the required aftermath of dealing with it. She offered several options, put them on me, with great patience. I am very happy with the outcome. read more

Intimate Image - My compression sleeve from Intimate Image - Lingerie Near Me - Woodland Hills, California

Salesperson was not that helpful, made rude remarks and rushed us out early as she claimed to have another appointment. The wig selection is limited as to styles and colors. Most of wigs are displayed at the very top of the store near the ceiling. Bad vibes like we were shopping back in the 50's and listening to unnecessary conversations in front of us talking with other customers on the telephone. read more

Knowledgeable, discrete, helpful assistance providing peace of mind for matters that may be stressful. Thank you.

I visited Intimate Image after seeing an ad for a certain brand of compression stockings on Facebook. When I went to that brand's website, the address of "Intimate Image" was listed as one of their retailers. I asked about compression socks for my varicose veins. A very knowledgeable and helpful associate - Linda Hirsh showed me what was available & also took ankle & calf measurements to assure a perfect fit. She showed me how to put on and take off the snug-fitting socks and how to care for them. I was pleasantly surprised because I have never experienced such attention to detail and personal service from any doctor. read more

Intimate Image has been an incredible resource since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Tracy is the absolute best of the best! She is a fellow survivor so she comes with an experience and empathy that makes the experience very personal. She is kind, so easy to work with and goes out of her way to take care of you. This is a special place with special people. And the selection of chemo scarves and clothes are abundant. read more

Tracy at Intimate Image is the bomb! My bra has never fit this well.

Oftentimes embarrassment, shame, low self-esteem along with many, many unspoken emotions walk through these doors. Uncertainties follow you into the dressing room and paralyzes you for a moment . . .then, these women in the midst of their calling . . . Swoop in . . .comforting, reassuring, encouraging . . . believing for us that we will make it through this trying time . . . Just like we made it through the tears, the diagnosis, the surgery, the talk with our kids/partner/spouse. These women, the women of Intimate Image are the unsung she-roes of life after disfigurement. read more

This is definitely THE place in the area to go to when you are dealing with breast cancer. ALL the ladies there are kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The treat you with respect and genuine care. I do recommend setting an appointment since they like to be able to give you their undivided attention. I went in without an appointment and was lucky enough to arrive when the shop was slow and still got first class service and assistance. I definitely felt better after leaving and this is now my first stop to get what I need in this area. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. I'm going through chemo and I'm going to lose my hair. I made an appointment to look at wigs and my friends came with me for moral support. Terrye made us all feel welcome but more importantly, she made me feel comfortable. She was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. I'm really happy with the wig I chose and all of the pretty scarves and hats they have available here. It felt like a very safe environment and I'm so glad I went here for help. I highly recommend Intimate Image and Terrye! read more

I am going through chemo right now and had to get a wig and my head shaved. I was told about this place from a friend, who is also going through the same thing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Terrye is the one who made the magic happen. She shaved my head and made me feel very comfortable. She is such a lovely woman and I feel lucky to have met her. I also bought a wig from her and she altered it perfectly. I went in today to have her style it a bit and it looks amazing. They also have a ton of hats, scarves, and accessories that I indulged in. An unfortunate situation lead me to an amazing place and a wonderful woman. I highly recommend Intimate Image!!! read more

What a wonderful group of women who were there to assist me-- genuinely warm, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly! When I was advised by my dermatologist to purchase compression stockings, my friend immediately advised me to go to Intimate Images. Beth carefully took my measurements, explained my options to me, taught me how to take the stockings on & off, and how to care for them. She also made several extremely useful suggestions to me. The selection of hats and headscarves is amazing, and the staff so kind and helpful. Beautiful store but very unfriendly and impersonal owner; Beth. I took my mother there after having a double mastectomy and it was not a pleasant experience. If you just got a mastectomy or still recovering from breast cancer, this is not the place to go as you will not receive much sympathy. Regardless of where you are in your cancer journey, you deserve patience and compassion!!! I noticed the owner seemed to pay more attention and care to her Caucasian clientele. Last time I checked my mother is another loving human being affected by cancer who deserves to be treated with the same dignity as a Caucasian human being. Also, my money is just as green and valuable as the Caucasian cancer victim. Someone had already warned me about this but I didn't believe them. Now, I do. read more

BEST TRULY PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Terri is simply the best. She made an emotional situation fun, up-lifting (no pun intended) & was so efficient that I was done getting sized, fit & walked out of there with a pair of boobs & 3 bras in 40 minutes. Terri's super knowledge is amazing. She could tell just from looking at me what would look great & what wouldn't. Her medical knowledge of pain, side effects & IV Ports ensured I didn't choose a bra that would hurt or push on my Port. Even my husband was very comforable. Thank you!!!! read more

Be careful. They don't stand behind their sale. Beth measured my legs for Wraps. They were too small. She would not exchange them. She sold me an extender for full price. When i called again she made up a story that i took medication that made my legs swell. Totally untrue. I had no medication changes at that time. No doctor would give me medicine that would make my legs swell. Warning you not to buy here. Measure yourself and buy at Walmart or Amazon online. Medical Supply is the seller for them. Wonderful to work with plus a huge savings in money. Do not buy from Intimate Image. Very nice before you purchase, but not after. Solaris, L&R said she should have exchanged my wraps. Other places i have learned exchange for different sizes. An expensive mistake buying from them. read more

Just want to let folks know that this shop does not only provide services for people who have cancer. My cardiologist suggested I come here to purchase compression stockings for the problem I have with varicose veins. Tracy Jones took measurements of my legs so that I would have a perfect fit. She also took time to show me how to put them on, and how to take care of them. I expected them to be heavy and uncomfortable, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they are lightweight, and they've done a wonderful job in keeping my legs from swelling. I purchased my first pair in 2011 and have returned to purchase some more. The staff here is very knowledgable, and personable. read more

I had lymphadema therapy and finally was ready to be fitted for a sleeve. Linda was scheduled to fit me and was very late. When she finally got there she was not very nice. This place ranks head and shoulders in quality and dignity above the previous store I went to on Sepulveda Blvd. on the Westside. read more
