I stopped in today after seeing the sign on the side of the road, and I'm honestly glad I did. The first thing I noticed about this little tucked away boutique was how tasteful it is. How clean and beautifully decorated it was. Everything is neat, there are sparklies everywhere. Top of the line products are her specialty from Escante Lingerie for the plus sized gal to Lelo vibrators, Penny does not skimp on anything. She's personable and her parrot, Valentine is an adorable flirt to be sure. This store carries corsets, silk boxers, hosiery, accessories and even a few mild fetish items. I have not been to this store but have another. Reason for writing this review is a major concern about the no return policy here and elsewhere. I bought an item, not realizing the no return policy, only to find out exactly what this product was about. The print on the outside (instructions) was so small one could not read it without magnification. The printed instructions inside was not much better and decided product was not a good fit (pun). I called fearing it was not a returnable item and the shop told me it was not. He went onto explain they had signs stating so everywhere. My sight and awareness may be not the best, 9/10 and told him it was not on the receipt and never saw the instore signs either. The sooner people see this is a shady business practice and buyer beware. I was out $210.00, bad mistake. read more
