I found it necessary to rent a storage unit today which was a first time experience for me. I was greeted by a very friendly associate who explained everything from type of unit to sizes available and pricing. She very patiently put up with my hesitations as I was not sure what I really needed. After a time I made a decision and rented a unit and she completed the contract and all other necessary paperwork. When I went to see the unit I realized I had made an error in judgement as to what I needed so I returned to the office. I explained I would need a different unit and with a smile she created a new contract and paperwork. She never hesitated with a smile to void everything we had done previously and pleasantly completed my new transaction. This employe and the pleasant atmosphere she created are to be commended. When asked do you have any specials. I was told no then when I checking further and reading the brochure on their desk right in front of the person who told me no I found a 20.00 coupon. I had my friend drop off for the first visit and they did not give him the 20.00 off. The also said that his storage was located near the door which was not the fact and now have to drag stuff down a long hall. read more

The folks at Interstate Mini Storage are the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met! They have a multitude of units of various sizes that they showed me.
