He had to deal with working on a slope for half the project and dealing with a lot of rocks and gravel. He also sprayed the slope for weeds. He arrived early (big thumbs up) and I told him my budget (not much) and what I needed done. Well, my backyard now has several new plants and drip lines and everything looks great. I told Ryan that when I get some more money saved up I'll be contacting him again for more work. I have a long list of things that need getting done. One of the things I liked about Ryan is that if he doesn't know about something he can draw upon his friends who work in various fields, like today he got advice on which emitters to use for the particular plants I had put in and he managed to get me a deal on some of the supplies. As they say, the best advertising is word of mouth, and I recommend that if you need a handyman you give Ryan a call first. (Even around the holidays!)

Everything we waited on was from subs that couldn't get materials. We still were in our new house in a timely manner. We were very happy with most sub contractors and the ones we hand a problem with, the project manager made sure everything was made right. We've been in our home for 3 months now and we absolutely love it. El cap listened to our ideas and design and made sure we got everything we wanted even if it meant doing extra work to make it right. (clawfoot tub installation) They were also very conscious of the budget and did everything they could to stay within the budget. The pandemic caused a few price increases but we expected that. I would absolutely recommend El Cap if you are looking to build in Southern Utah. They are straightforward and honest and go over and beyond to make your home just as you expect and want.
