Our experience with Neil the owner was professional and perfect. Neil ran the entire job from building our driveway, septic system, slab for the house, electric service and the well. When his team finished each phase, our property was left spotless and that meant a lot to us. When our double wide house arrived on our property, it was put together in a couple of days. What a nightmare it was working with Neal the owner and John the salesman. Once you sign the contact they don't care about you. They won't make return calls and when you call you'll be told that you're a pain in the ass. They have to rent a crane to set the house so make sure that you have a level spot on the property to put the house until they're able to get a crane. He wanted to place my home on the hill and let it twist for a few weeks when I complained he said I should've had a level spot ready for it to sit and then he got his car as he told me he'll see me in court. It's been nothing but a nightmare. As soon as the home is set and get their final payment good luck getting the work finished. Our trim package included cove molding around the ceilings. Neil tried to tell us that we didn't order it yet it's in the contract. After about five months they came to do the trim and they were 70 foot short after a month I finally went to the office to talk to Neil and he told me to get up and leave the office he had enough of me he's going to call the police. You figure it they get paid in full and they don't want to come back and finish the work. And then he wants to get you arrested because he owes you. I could go on and on. I was told by someone in town not to pay them in full until they finish the job..... please read your contract thoroughly in fact if you can get it take it to a lawyer. It's been nothing but a nightmare and I still have corner bead popping off the corner where they connected the house together, Cove molding that needs to be re-nailed at the seams batten strips along the bottom of the kickplate on the cabinets that's not even nailed And they ran out of the batten strip. I finally had enough and just signed the work order I'll finish the work myself. I give them zero stars. read more

They are good to work with until they get the house set and get their big payment. Then they can t get things finished. Our house was set October 3 and it is now November 15 and we are still waiting for it to be done. I have to constantly email and harass them to get anything completed. They have been sending 1 guy to work on the house and it is too much work for him. I am very dissappointed in this company. What should have been a great event, as we lost our previous house in a fire, has been very traumatic for my family. If you want a house done in a timely fashion, I would look elsewhere. read more
