Walmart originally gave me that diagnostic and of course offered theirs that day. I wasnt interested though in a battery around 170 bucks, before tax and labor. So i found this place! Much much cheaper, with a 2 year warranty. And even though they said the cash and carry price is only if you take home the battery yourself and install it, they were kind enough to help me install my new one right then and there! Super awesome service! Today, it was my husband's turn for the big swtich. His was dead completely and we were on a tight schedule that day, so we couldnt go home and bring the battery in. They were nice enough to give us the discount and just have us bring in the battery the next day! Amazing i tell ya! This is the best place for all your battery needs! Towards the end of the transaction, so tells me that the new product only has 6 days warranty. I asked, "why if it's a new product, don't you cover your products for one year under the limited warranty?" I guess she didn't like that. She started saying she's been there for 18years (mind you she hasn't, been going there for 10 years and I personally knew the previous manager) I asked her to show me where in the back of the receipt did it state I no longer had warranty after the original purchase date reached a year. And, very condicending, she said for me to look it up because she had to go to the "bank". I went to my car, sat there, read the receipt. NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT does it say what she claimed. I went back in and she was chitchatting and laughing with other staff, I told her, it's not on there. You said you had 18yrs working here, show me where. And she got upset and told me to call the 1-800 number. Guess what's also not on the receipt, the 1-800, just the the website. Which i had already noticed when I read the terms and conditions. So I snapped back when she told me to call the number and asked her for it, because it not on there. And she very kindly said, we you can figure it out. Ended up calling from home to file a complaint. So heres a little O'Reilly knowledge your receipt does NOT say your warranty period applies to the original purchase date, even if you replace the product. The website ALSO doesnt say what she claims or the customer service agent says, what it does add though, is;--- If a product is replaced under this warranty ("Defective Product"), a replacement product will be covered for 90 days from the date of exchange, or for the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is greater. This warranty for installed vehicle parts shall terminate immediately if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the vehicle that had the defective product installed, or if you install or use the replacement product on another vehicle. So I now have 90 days warranty, as opposed to her stating I had no warranty after 1/21/25 ( year after my original purchase date). Do better Alejandra. If you're gonna claim you know the policies after 18 years. Then you better know more than what I can read in less than 5 minutes both on your receipt, and on the website. Also, learn the 800 to your corporation.

I was really surprised by the amount of auto parts items that they had for sale. They had different brands for different items. We couldn't find the starter fluid so we asked one of the associates and they instantly located it for us. The store was not busy or packed and we had a good experience shopping here. It was Friday and they had a refreshing drink along with various types of snacks such as cookies and pastries and other goodies. I wish more stores had the shopping experience as O'Reilly's at this location. There were plenty of workers and I didn't have to wait to ask someone for help. This store does a phenomenal job and every single aspect of my shopping visit.
