They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away.
