I will never use or recommend Interstate Autoglass to anyone EVER. They called me Monday (10/2) to schedule an appt, which i did for today 10/5, due to my busy schedule. I asked to be the first stop to work with my busy schedule. The CSR kindly put that in the notes. I called them today at 9a, and asked about the status cause I haven't heard from anyone yet. She told me they don't pick up the glass til 9 and she will have the tech call me with an ETA. I finally got that call 90 minutes later to say it will be around noon. The tech was very nice and professional and told me they changed his route, I wish i was told this so i can arrange my schedule accordingly, instead of sitting and thinking I would be the first stop. MY INVOICE EVEN STATES "FIRST STOP" I called my insurance agent and shared my dissatisfaction with Interstate Autoglass. read more

Terrible company. Installed a scratched windshield on my truck and I caught em. Wont cover the work even after reporting it right away because I had a tinted visor strip added on the inside right afterwards. Scratches are on the outside. Tint is on the inside. Nice scam artist...... read more

I've lived in Prescott since 1978. There are fine family owned glass repair companies here with good reputations. But interstate glass repair uses high pressured salesman who call repeatedly to get our business. When I asked questions, they avoid straight forward answers. I felt like I was being hustled. I don't like being hustled. They're shading acting. They're the reason for the expression . . . "Arizona, the land of dreamers and schemers." Caveat emptor. (Buyer be ware.) I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I believe a good review is well deserved. AZ is well known to be hazardous to windshields and I've replaced a few in my time. I came across Interstate at a Home Show and the reps were incredibly professional. They helped me set up my insurance right on the phone and made the process very easy. The installer showed up on time and did an amazing job! It was obvious he was very experienced and really took pride in his work. Absolutely impressed every step of the way! read more

Ya, they replaced my windshield and did a good job, like 7 years ago. Since then, they cold call me twice a year to try and sell me more shit despite my repeatedly telling them to stop calling me. Stop calling me! Also, how crappy do they think their product is that they call me so often to see if I need a replacement? Red flags, red flags. read more

This place was horrible. My wife needed a windshield replacement, so I called my insurance and they recommended this shop. I gave them a call and spoke with a Katie who told me she was to busy to help and to call back. I called back later and spoke with her again and she was completely rude, but was offered a $75 rebate. After being rescheduled several times by the office the installer finally showed up. He was the only pleasant part of dealing with these people. The installer had the wrong glass and said I would have to be rescheduled. A few days later he comes back and installs the glass and leaves. Later that day I notice a chip in the windshield and the car hasn't moved. I call and speak with Katie again and she tells me that it must be new damage and it wasn't like that when they put in the windshield. I told her the car hadn't moved and it couldn't have possibly been damaged by us. Without resolving the issue she tells me that I can contact my insurance and file a new claim. To make this experience even worse I never received my $75 rebate check. read more
