They are proactive with form tips and instruction, and they've been incredibly helpful at seamlessly adapting workouts around any injuries that inevitably come up so I can keep training safely. Long time crossfitters to new bloods. Nic makes sure to tailor each workout as needed just like the Crossfit way. The small community is growing and support is everywhere. You cannot go wrong training here. It's the perfect fit for me, my wife, and my brother Kyle. I joined as soon as I find out who owned it. I drive last two Crossfit gyms to train here. I had heard about FT for several years but had never taken the time to visit one. After several…read moreyears of joining gyms and accomplishing very little, I finally decided to give them a try. SImply put, working with a personal trainer made all the difference in the works for me. I had tried some of the trainers at the gyms, but they just do not compare to the staff at FT. I joined in January and 5 months later can say that I can see and feel the difference. By no means is this an inexpensive endeavor, but "you get what you pay for" would definitely fit the bill here. I work out 3 times a week with 2 different trainers and could not be more pleased with their knowledge and attention to detail. I still have more to accomplish, but I finally can feel that something is happening!

Anyways, Jennifer is an amazing personal trainer and motivator. Her personal training sessions are energizing and make you feel like you want to come back (which is like half the battle for me)! She motivates you from within and makes you feel empowered with the decisions that you make. I'm a stay at home mom so it's hard for me to find time to work out and it was so easy to schedule with her. I haven't been able to make her group classes but I'm so eager to join them. Parking was easy in the large strip mall lot. I even noticed another RV tucked off to the side and wondered if they were staying overnight. I'm not in mine today, but it's something to keep in mind for future trips. Inside, it was a quick scan of my membership and straight to the locker room. This is a big facility with plenty of stair steppers and treadmills all lined up facing a wall of televisions. After changing out of street clothes and into workout gear, I stretched a bit and then spent some time on the treadmill watching a Law & Order episode before moving on to curls and lifts. There's enough equipment here to make everything feel easy and comfortable. Back in the locker room, I grabbed a quick shower. The changing cabin was roomy, and the shower had lots of hot water, though the pressure dipped now and then when a toilet flushed. Shelf space was limited for a razor and other things, but still better than some PFs I've used. I wrapped up in the Black Card spa, which was a comfortable place to wind down and check my phone before heading out. I'm not a tanning bed person, and one of these days I really will try the hydrochair. And with an appetite building, it was time for lunch. I arrived for my free…read more11am class and was greeted by the friendly receptionist (failed to get her name), and I had to sign a waiver first. She took us on a tour of the studio. It's a small but very comfortable space. I feel like it would never get too crowded here. I tried the Hot Core workout. It's a 30-minute workout in an infrared sauna room. You will SWEAT! there is a TV in the room that plays the video, and you are able to follow it at your own pace. Even if you don't do a certain move, they show, just taking a rest. You still are sweating, so it doesn't feel like you are missing out. By the time I was done, I felt like I had done much more than any other gym class I had ever done. I also love the fact that they do have an open weight room so if you don't feel like getting into the sauna, you can just go lift weights or use any of their other machines they have available. The price is super reasonable compared to other places. $50 a month for unlimited access to one studio of your choice or $80 a month for unlimited access to ANY studio location ANYWHERE! The best part is they are 24/7! You get your own code to be able to access it at any time!!!!! Now I don't have yo rush to try to make a certain class time.
