When I arrived at the airport office, I was informed that there's a problem in the system and that the preauthorisation will not be blocked but directly debited from my account and refunded 30 days later. I was choked with this information because I didn't receive any email regarding this and the agent "Rocio" was unpleasant to me and did not want to find any solution for this except paying the super relax covering, that I didn't accept at first. So, after that I told her I'm ok with debiting my account for the amount of 1,542€ instead of blocking it as there's a problem in the system (which is not the client's fault). So, I put the first card in the machine, the payment was approved and I received an notification from BNP Bank, but she told that it doesn't work. Than I put a second card I received an sms from my bank BOURSORAMA with the payment confirmation but again she told me it doesn't work. I explained to her that it's not possible as I received the bank confirm in the sms and she threatened to cancel the reservation knowing very well that it's late at night and that it was urgent to have the car. The final solution was to pay the super relax cover 142€ to take the car since it was late at night and my hotel is 1h drive from the airport. I was forced to take this super relax cover since I had no choice but to accept it. On the next day I find that I have been debited on my both account 1542 on BNP and 1542 on BOURSORAMA.
Now they are not answering my emails and didn't refunded the 2x1542€, so I opened a case with "Centre Européen des Consommateurs France". read more
