First off don't make…read moreany changes over the phone or plans over the phone because they will not happen and there will be no record when you try to fix it. So my family booked a trip through doit-travel and everything was going well, until we got to our hotel. We paid for a 5* and was given a 2* hotel away from everything in town. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures we were sent and when we called the owner to tell him, it just got worse. He wouldn't even talk just instantly started screaming over the phone, saying "you people always do this" and that you just want a better hotel because your poor and can't afford it. When honestly we just wanted the hotel we paid for instead of the closet sized room with blood and mold on the ground. He was very in willing to help fix there mistake and very demoralizing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! This isn't the first time I've heard of them doing this.

ABC collected $400 in Cancellation fees and other charges before returning the remaining balance nearly three months later. When I told them I didn't cancel my flight, the airline did, ABC said "Too bad, that's our policy." Never book with these people.
