As a prior client service provider I have been appalled at how my case has been handled and the level of service received. A divorce that should have been settled took until I left my job and stayed on top of my attorney to get the case moving. The only reason I didn't switch firms was because the attorney missed a court hearing (failed to get it removed from the judges calendar), my case was dismissed and I didn't want to have to pay to get it refiled. The added emotional stress of feeling like the attorney you pay for is actually representing your abusive husband has been unbearable and cost me multiple days of life to deep depression.
