I recently had work done on my King air by propel and was asked to pay upfront. I have worked with them in the past and I've always paid my bills on time. I find it strange that they want money upfront before they even start work. I had a radio issue with my plane. Approximately four weeks after the fact, I received a bill for approximately $400 for what I believe was all of no more than 15 minutes of work. I questioned the bill and I was told that I was no longer welcome at propel. The manager told me that if I could not afford the bill, they would write it off. Seriously? Needless to say, I paid the bill, but will never go back to propel again. They don't have to worry about me ever coming back, because I won't. I run a financial services company, and if I treated my customers the way, propel treats their customers, I would be out of business. Be careful when working with this manager. Get everything in writing before you do any work with propel.

Can only speak for Brad Sensale, since I've worked with him and his attitude is very off-putting. Not organized and he put things that would help improve the organizing and awareness of what's in inventory aside while he works on his personal life. With his love for wood-crafting (Not for the business) and etc. Their aircraft parts are not kept in a good condition and the warehouse is pretty unorganized once you come in. Sad sight to see, a father's business going down with their sons benefiting but not caring to continue on his legacy with the business.
