A dying family company business. They don't have much left to grow. Especially with their managers (Who are the sons of the owner) who are barely there. Can only speak for Brad Sensale, since I've worked with him and his attitude is very off-putting. Not organized and he put things that would help improve the organizing and awareness of what's in inventory aside while he works on his personal life. With his love for wood-crafting (Not for the business) and etc. Their aircraft parts are not kept in a good condition and the warehouse is pretty unorganized once you come in. Sad sight to see, a father's business going down with their sons benefiting but not caring to continue on his legacy with the business. read more
