From the moment we walked into Gilman's showroom, Cheri greeted us with a smile and warmth of an old friend. Cheri has an uncanny ability to listen and comprehend what her clients' needs are. She was beyond patient with us and always made us feel welcomed, dropped what she was doing as though we were her only clients - even before we decided to go with Gilman's for our needs. She never once made us feel we were interrupting her when on occasion, we'd show up unexpectedly. Cheri always provided exceptional customer service in every way that was beyond compare. She is a true professional who knows every aspect of her business and then some. Her experience and willingness to always go the extra mile, go over and beyond what she needed to do was ever present. Cheri enjoys her job and it shows by how hard she works for you. I scored a $25 solid brass pendant light, 100 yr old matching door for my home, glass door knob, and some beautiful blue stones for the garden. They take donations, you get a receipt for your taxes. Need a toilet? How about 50 of them? Fireplace frames, chandeliers, patio furniture, sinks, mannequins (a must have for the home), boxes & boxes of tile. Every time I go it's a relief that they haven't been kicked out by a developer.
