The selection here is immense with a large variety of jarred goods, drinks, dairy products and even meats. I ended up buying a jar of pickled watermelon rinds and sweet potato butter. Both were delicious selections that I haven't really seen anywhere else. The cashier was really nice and bagged my items for me. They only accept Cash or Checks, not CC. This prevented me from grabbing more, so I'd definitely recommend coming prepared with cash so you can get everything you'd like. The prices are fair and cheaper than what you'd find in the grocery store, so it's a decent trade-off for the cash-only model!

What a great farmer's market and in a beautiful setting…read more My husband were staying at the Williamsburg Inn for the weekend and I saw that there was a farmer's market nearby. I'm addicted to local tomatoes so wanted to go check it out. Wow! What a surprise. There were so many vendors and we ended up spending a good amount of time enjoying the area. If I had a way to keep items cold I would have spent a fortune. The good news is I found my tomatoes and they were excellent. I made a tomato sandwich with some and a tomato with olive oil, salt and pepper and had it with a crusty sourdough bread for breakfast. Williamsburg for the farmer's market win!

Good Farmer's Market (not the best in Hampton Roads though), however it is led and ran by…read moreunprofessional, pathetic individuals. My rating is as a result of encountering some of the leadership and organizers. This organization does NOT want to hear feedback or suggestions from those that support their vendors. As long as you make a purchase and shut up you are welcomed, otherwise you are blocked from their pages. Very petty and pathetic way to run/ruin a business! My only feedback was complimentary and then regarding hours of operation and cancelations with little to no notice to the customer. I was then blocked and shut out for commenting this feedback. Is that the way you treat and censor your customers? Mollie? That is not leadership! The only reason this Farmer's Market is mildly successful is because of your vendors. Hopefully they are being well treated and their concerns heard. Good riddance!

I know a Filipino food truck hates to see me coming…read more The food is pretty good. I love that she's got veggie spring rolls to accommodate vegetarian & non-pork eaters. Excellent service. The truck ran out of fresh noodles but our girl was super accommodating and made us something on the fly. Then there was a wait, so she gave us a complimentary boba tea just to be sweet. The boba itself wasn't as chewy as we like, but she used fresh strawberry puree, which is a big perk! Nothing like filling up on something that will satiate your craving but not leave you "food hungover" while you're getting your retail therapy. Grab your dish and sit out in the sun and enjoy!

First, I liked the latte because of how sweet it was. The lumpia, my favorite part of the meal, was delicious and it comes with a side of sweet and sour sauce. The pansit and chicken adobo were also fragrant and flavorful. The price was also a great deal for the amount of food you get. Someone made a review mentioning a loud generator, but she must've gotten a new one since because it was a very quiet and peaceful meal. Overall, it's a great way to get a taste of filipino food.
