I called them to turn my sprinkler system on and they didn't show up until the following day (because I called and questioned them on their whereabouts) and even then they were an hour late. I had several broken heads, they marked them and said they'd be back later the same day to repair. Nope. Not even a call so I ended up calling them to get on the schedule. It took 3 weeks for them to do what they did and I still have a sprinkler in my front yard that they would not investigate. Told me it didn't exist. And I have to hire someone else to finish their job. It took 2 months to even get my bill from them. NEVER AGAIN. EVER.

I get back in town a few weeks after they did the "work" and my yard is drowning in weeds, even though they were supposed to gut all the weeds and claimed that they sprayed. My neighbor let me know all they did was weed wack, which the state of my yard confirms.

After turning on my sprinklers in May 2021, my double check pressure valve has a leak. I hired…read moreMountain Top Lawn to install a new valve for $600.00. They installed a new brand (different manufacture and model than the old valve). However, when trying to get the valve inspected for city irrigation in 2022, the inspector stated that specific make and model of valve needed to be installed 12 inches above ground, not flush mounted as Mountain Top installed. I asked if Mountain Top has any availability to come correctly the issues and John Nelson lost his mind. He first stated that his crew did not do the work, despite proof of payment. He categorically refused to correct his mistake. He stated that I knew enough about sprinkler systems to specifically request that the valve his crew supplied should be mounted flush to the ground. He was completely unprofessional and started insulting me and calling me names. He then cut off all communication and I still have a valve installed incorrectly - so incorrectly that it will not pass inspection to be officially used in the city of Chubbuck. Not just my irrigation water, but my household drinking water can be shut off because of Mountain Top's mistake that John Nelson refuses to easily correct.
