When I called for a prescription, it took a week to get a call back (I called and texted multiple times). Someone named Paul called me back and filled the prescription. When I went to the pharmacy, the prescription was $500 out-of-pocket. I called the office back to see if there was a generic form of the medication that I could try instead. It took another few days for Paul to call me back. When he did, he tried to give me a prescription for a totally wrong medication. He said he had me mixed up with another patient. I verified all my info with him...and then he tried to give me my colonoscopy results. I NEVER HAD A COLONOSCOPY. He was giving me someone else's medical records. I feel like that's against the law. Then the icing on the cake was I asked to speak with a manager and/or the doctor just so I could get the prescription that I needed. No one ever came on the line. I waited 30+ minutes and then hung up. What do I do now? I guess go back to my regular doctor?
