I needed a new and better filing storage/space that would double as a paperwork assembly station and I wanted my big computer screen accessible to clients to view without being in their way when they worked with me at our mediation table. I wanted a window dressing to cover up the unattractive blinds that come with my office and a privacy window treatment that would lighten the room and not overwhelm it. Oh yes, and new carpet and some general re-organization so as to open up the space. Bouteina researched options within my budget, presented me with excellent choices and helped me get a wholesale price, and excellent installation for my carpet. This job in the scheme of things, was a very small job for her level of expertise but she treated me like her best customer at all times. She was responsive, courteous, on time for all appointments and I never had to leave my office. She arranged for the window treatment installation, carpet installation and delivery of the new filing cabinets so they were worked into my client schedule and she followed-up with each step to ensure the work was done to her exacting standards. She staged my office and ensured that all my practical needs were met as well as my need for a more polished, calm, open space. They were arrogant, did not communicate, left huge holes in my walls and made errors with the measurements of my house. My house had no closets or storage, so I asked for pieces with some storage so buyers could imagine their "stuff" fitting in the house. NOT ONE PIECE of furniture they brought had a drawer, cabinet or any storage. I would have objected before they staged my house, but they would not show me the furniture or even a mood board before they came. They told me it didn't matter if I liked the staging because it was meant to appeal to many people (not me). Always the idea that "they knew better". Weeks before the contract was scheduled to end, they began calling, texting and emailing me excessively, harassing me to tell them if I was going to extend the contract even though their own contract stated I had to notify them only one week in advance. They even called my real estate agent to try to gain access to the house. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. But that is their M.O. Terrible experience with them.
