It is now a nearly fully "refurbished" and modernized Kirkbride asylum re-purposed with special attention paid to historical fidelity. You don't see that very often, and that alone is worth a visit. When our tour concluded, it was brought to my attention that the best, three-cheese grilled sandwich could be found here. With such an unassuming menu, you would never even know they served sandwiches. But I tried the mythical grilled cheese and it was good, so five stars to Michigan Farm Market and congratulations on existing within this amazing new marketplace in Traverse City!

Honestly I think the price was a little too high, but like I said I was craving something! It was a little smaller than my palm and a little more than a dollar. A typical guy could finish the cookie in two bites. The cookie itself was pretty good and hit the spot perfectly!

(Munson system had that as "our" pharmacy because my wife had been hospitalized. Arg!) After I came back twice and called the doctor's office to find out why no prescription, the pharmacist called the doctor's office and waited on hold -- they were about to close for the weekend -- so she could take the prescription over the phone. Since the other pharmacy had already filled the prescription, she then had to call them and get them to reverse it. She went WAY above and beyond to see that my wife had had her medicine over the weekend. And our cost was $4.67. She spent all that time for no money. That is real customer service.

I'm tired of going there and them not being able to find my…read morescript(s) that are sitting right there on the shelf and having to make another trip to pick it up because of their mistake. The most frustrating part which I have yet to happen to me thankfully is 3 people that I know have gotten the wrong medication dose from you guys. Whoever is filling scripts needs to make sure they're filling the right dose. A 16 year old family friend received a 2.5mg dose of their BP medication instead of a 25mg dose like they're supposed to. They only noticed cause he started having headaches really bad and thought to double check his meds. Another friend of mine just infor.ed me that they were given 3x their normal strength of seroquil. Another friend of mine weren't able to get their scripts when they were supposed to because of a wrong input and also sent her with a wrong dose of medication for one of the people she takes care of. If they wouldn't have noticed, they would have given their resident a much higher dose than they should have. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! One of these times you guys are going to end up killing someone because of your ignorance. This is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. Do better. I'm definitely going to be looking at switching to hometown so my health isn't put in jeopardy too due to incompetence. I hope if anything happens to anyone due to all these errors, that they hold the pharmacy responsible. I understand human error and mistakes happen, but they should not be happening like this that often. Everyone who works there is more than kind but that dies make up for incompetence

However, over the past year, I have not been very impressed. I have worked in retail and customer service for long time, and I do understand high demand items and backorders. I have tried to order some items as simple as dog treats through the drive thru several times, and it they're ALWAYS out of stock. It will say in stock, I will order them, and I get a message telling me that they're "Out of stock." I have seen "Out of stock" then I go into the store and get them off of the shelf myself, pay for them and leave. Today, it says "In stock, only 9 left." So, I hurry up and put an online order in to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes and have the employee tell me that they are buried and there's no forklift driver. This is the 4th time in a row I have had issues like this. I get the best value for the product at Blaine's, but the availability and service is beyond inexcusable. Please get your act together. I plan to go elsewhere from now on. This is the reason people do their shopping online.
