They arrived for our appointment and while Mark efficiently measured the area, it amazed me that Carol could conceptualize a perfect look for the area so quickly, with colors that blended beautifully with our home. We felt their estimate was fair and reflected the amount of work involved. Carol is lovely, a joy to work with and was quite patient with me, a novice gardener. This stager was provided at no cost by my former Realtor, noting my house really did not need…read morestaging, but as it was included - I thought "why not"? I made the grave error of assuming provided staging would be NEUTRAL [i.e not... teal long hair faux fur pillow against lime green floral wallpaper in the sunroom which I inherited when buying the home]; that was not the case. I will attach multiple photos so you can judge for yourself. Consequently - I was not able to use (or had to manually edit - myself) several of the interior photos intended for the property listing. Of equal disappointment.... FACT: I was out of town for 4 days while staging occurred. I was NOT happy to discover this stager took the liberty to turn my 20 year old AC from 73 degrees down to 69 and left it that way for days until I returned. Her retort when I addressed this was "I was working and it was hot". She had my contact info - a courtesy call to ask permission (and remembering to return it to back down to it's original state) would have been GREAT. Given both of these items - I can only give 1 star and encourage you to get very clear on what materials would be used (if you aren't there to supervise the end result). Selling a home is stressful enough - this started that journey on a very bad/disappointing note.

After retaining a legal team, the house became a forensic site for multiple inspections and documentation by damage experts. Fortunately, I found Shannon on Houzz. She was so brave to accept my project and to aid me in fixing the damage, completing the project, and then to submit all documentation required by my legal team. This was far and above what any contractor should be asked to do. My project was extremely complicated because so much shoddy work was discovered on deconstruction which was not anticipated. She handled everything efficiently and systematically while working closely with me as the client to assure that I was getting the results I wanted. I did! I appreciated her allowing me to be a partner in the project. I am beyond delighted with my finished project and Aisling Designs. My husband and I enthusiastically recommend her in every way.
