After a wonderful experience at a different location of this hotel chain the day before, our stay here was nothing short of disappointing. The carpets in our room and throughout the hallway were stained, giving the entire place a worn-down, neglected feel. The front desk service was also shockingly unhelpful. When my wife requested assistance with a simple phone call to a local concert hall, the staff's response was dismissive, asking if she spoke German and stating that they don't make phone calls. This lack of courtesy and helpfulness was surprising, to say the least.
To make matters worse, the shower in our room was poorly maintained. It was clogged and didn't drain properly, leaving a puddle that made the experience unpleasant.
Overall, I would not return to this hotel. It's clear they don't understand that hospitality should be at the core of their business. read more
