They are constantly losing pee samples, and not actually doing their job the way that a professional business is supposed to do. I can't believe I've been forced to go through these people. They really have no regard for people or for our time. I literally have to go back and go give them another pee sample after about one month of them not even letting me know that they had somehow lost it, I'm sick of these people and they need to be shut down. read more

I came to this establishment several years ago through a divorce that falsely claimed I had alcohol issues. I only completed the assessment process, for reason that will be obvious. I was seen by counselor Jim Shoemaker. He falsely used the arrest records from a person who has my name with the same middle initial to recommend treatment. I was forced to prove that the two DUI's acquired by my name sake were in fact a different person. I receive no apology and was still recommended to treatment (at their facility, of course). No follow up assessment was offered. Unfortunately, the courts use this group of rip off artist to add insult to an already painful experience. I considered suing them but ultimately wasn't up for the fight. Don't use this place!!! There are other court approved options for you! read more

I was here for 2 year's . This was a very horrible experience, at the Federal way location. Now that I completed my 2 year program I can say that the staff was very unprofessional, rude, and seem not to care at all. I completed my IOP, paid cash before my new insurance kicked in which meant they would owe me at the end. My last month I got a dilute UA due to me having Covid and drank too many fluid's. They added 4 extra group's 3 UA'S in one month that had to be paid out of pocket , but they said the extra month was added because I asked for my paperwork for the Driver license department that was needed for my license to be reinstated No that was wrong the DNV only need's the completion certificate it does not require a number of months for that.I was already eligible . They just wanted more money. So another month, 3 extra UA's and a $66 extra dollar's when it came time to depart with them. Keep in mind I paid in full already. They are a scam and I do Not recommend this place at all. PEACE read more

If you want to continue using this place is a great place to be enabled in every way possible. A very close friend of mine is struggling with severe addiction. Like can't stop even though he's lost almost everything addiction. His insurance requires an assessment before they will pay for inpatient treatment. So I finally convinced him to go get an assessment. I take him to this place and instead of just doing the paperwork and the assessment all in one shot like everywhere else, they get the paperwork and say they do a separate appointment for the assessment. And, do they schedule him the next day or so? Nope! A week!! Anyone dealing with an active addict knows you need to strike while the iron is hot. Not talk them into help then wait a whole week to try and get it. So he goes back a week later, by the grace of God. The counselor does the assessment. And tells him he has to wait ANOTHER WEEK for the results! He returns only to get the results suggesting only OUTPATIENT therapy! If this guy could stop doing drugs and go to outpatient he wouldn't have been there in the first place. Considering the fact this place does only outpatient therapy but had to send patients elsewhere for inpatient, it seems like maybe this was most convenient for them not helpful for the addict. If the addict fails getting clean at outpatient then they recommend inpatient and after that the addict will try outpatient again. So this place would get paid for providing outpatient twice. Hmmm. To top it off, he scheduled him not to return for yet ANOTHER WEEK to come back in and get that set up. Three weeks now and my friend is now on another drug runner about to lose his home and his family. This place calls the night before this next appointment and cancels his appointment, and leave a message asking him to call to reschedule. It's like these "specialists" don't understand addiction at all. It's been almost a month since my friend was going to seek treatment. They don't get that you need to work fast when an addict is willing to get help. My friend is now lost back into the drug world. And while ultimately is up to him to get help, it would be nice if a place that is supposed to be helping addicts would actually do that. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone serious about getting help. What a joke. read more

I had the best service from this treatment center ! I went in there referred from the best lawyer in burien , he told me they are amazing and tough but the judges love them for their hard work and he really thinks they are good unlike other bill collecting agencies ....soooo sad and depressed of my DUIs and a 2 yr treatment I came in ready !!!!! They told me I needed help and I knew it was about time to do it !!!! I did outpatient .... Although I do recommend the other if u are sickening from withdrawals ... NONE THE LESS go cold turkey and put Ur self here ! Nancy the owner and her daughter are so work drivin but still look up to u after their paperwork is filled out to give u a smile . Gets time for her to get to know Ur name and get to know u but that's normal ! They two are so sweet ... My favorite memory was signing papers while I signed up talking about wedding with her daughter and giving her hint to where to shop ect Cristy Munoz, gets my all hands up out of the whole place as a teacher !!!! Besides Kevin is right besides her I loved him as much but I will give it to cristy because she's a girl lol to say she touched me so much!!! Best words to explain her is she touched me with all the most intelligent advice I have ever heard of...she has a passion for this and I knew it from my phase one seeing her every other day, it wasn't a chore it was happy !!!!! Yes she seemed bitchy at first but it took a few weeks for her to get to know u which is totally understandable! I have told this before and all my reviews of the place in the office comments ....Cristy is mrs.dr.phil!!! She has spoken to everyone around me and she is amazing !!!!! First phase is the most important and I recommend her!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to come visit and see everyone there !! Oh God, where does one start......... I am a CDP and have been on the other end of dealing with this ratchet place. I sent one client there as my office is father away and this is what happened . Once my client had an assessment, he came back to ask me what ASAM was. "Why are you asking"? "Because they gave me this big assessment to fill out and I had to figure out where I was ASAM-ing"? WHAT????? After a long conversation, I was able to determine, the CDPT gave the client the assessment and had him fill it out. (are you kidding)??? I have two other guys go here besides this one and reported that CDPT's with 0 experience run unorganized groups, get off topic and rant about their own lives.........(fail) Groups started late, curriculum was not on topic, and some male counselor preferred to start acting like a client rather that keeping his boundaries and being a professional. . Another person who was an acquaintance for many years went there for an addiction to Opiate pills and had a plethora of stories. She was told if she couldn't be completely abstinent, to "cut down" on her OxyContin use. Are you F***** kidding me? She came to report this and the list went on and on about unprofessional behavior and a founder/director that will push the comment "I have been a director for 30 years"...........then honey, if your a director, get your shit together. As an addict with 23 years clean time and a counselor for 10, I have entirely too many stories told about this place for them not to be true. Get your act together and do professional treatment, or expect many more to these to come. read more
