This bank has always been superb. The staff and loan officers are helpful and professional and I love having a branch in Bluff Dale.

I have been a customer of InterBank since 1998 when I moved to Stephenville. I got a bill in the mail from a doctor's visit in 2021. I wanted to make sure I had not paid it. I went to InterBank today and asked if they could search my account and see if I had ever paid this certain amount to this doctor's office. They tell me that they can only search one year back and any farther than that you have to go through bank statements one by one. The "customer service" lady in the back was completely bothered that I was even there from the moment she "greeted" me. I told her that I could search in the program at my office for checks we had issued since we opened our doors. She told me "well I don't have your program." So be warned if you are a customer of InterBank and want to run a search for a past debit, they CANNOT do that for you. And will look at you like you are the problem, when in fact the software they are using for our banking is the problem. read more
