This was compounded by the interest that accrued during the time that she would not return any phone calls, emails, or text messages. After reaching out a few days before the taxes were due, she assured me she would have them complete. This did not happen. Emails I sent to her and others in the office were never answered. When she finally answered much later, she said she would pay the penalty. This of course did NOT happen, and she has not returned any form of communication since. I am in complete shock and disappointment by the level of service or lack of that we experienced. I would absolutely not recommend using Sueann!

I have been a customer of InterBank since 1998 when I moved to Stephenville. I got a bill in the…read moremail from a doctor's visit in 2021. I wanted to make sure I had not paid it. I went to InterBank today and asked if they could search my account and see if I had ever paid this certain amount to this doctor's office. They tell me that they can only search one year back and any farther than that you have to go through bank statements one by one. The "customer service" lady in the back was completely bothered that I was even there from the moment she "greeted" me. I told her that I could search in the program at my office for checks we had issued since we opened our doors. She told me "well I don't have your program." So be warned if you are a customer of InterBank and want to run a search for a past debit, they CANNOT do that for you. And will look at you like you are the problem, when in fact the software they are using for our banking is the problem.

My business with "My Credit Group" was complete last December. Here's what I experienced in about…read morethree months time while spending hundreds of dollars. 1. Every time (and I do mean every time) I called on the telephone asking to speak with Mangie I was told that she was unavailable for a myriad of reasons. That said, Mangie did keep good contact with me via email. However, there were a couple of times when that type of customer service communication did not help me at all because the clock was ticking. 2. I was told by Mangie while I was interviewing her in consideration for utilizing her services if her business would be able to help me with a judgment that was on my credit report. Her response was yes, absolutely! Do to the fact that the judgment was a small dollar amount there was zero room for her business to make a commission on successfully removing said judgment and in the end "My Credit Group" was unsuccessful in there eff forts to strike a deal with those who held my judgment papers. Overall, My Credit Group did not do anything for me that I found to be extraordinary. MCG did in fact clean up some of the smaller procedure type of data input errors on my credit reports, but fell short of providing me a service that I was under the impression would be provided to me. In the end, I am left to wonder how the other 3 reviews on this page got the 5 star treatment and I did not? I'm thinking 3 company/friendly shills at this juncture.

This is the ONLY credit repair company I would recommend. I researched about 25 companies before we chose this one, and they raised our score considerably in 6 months, all for less than $60 a month. Yes, I know you can do it yourself, but you can also mow your own yard, groom your own dog and change the oil in your car but sometimes we just don't WANNA do it ourselves because we are too busy or whatever. Besides, I would rather have a professional handling stuff this important. Anyway, they ROCK, they are inexpensive and they get the job done. Thanks to them we were able to buy a beautiful house... thank you MCG! Tell them James from Texas sent cha!
