The recording sessions were alternated with coaching sessions that really helped to put things into perspective. James did a fantastic job of coaching me through issues and helped me view the world and my life in a much more optimistic manner. I have a long long story to tell, but to put it short I wanna thank God for meeting James! I've been struggling with social anxiety for more than 10 years now, and thanks to James, now after my 5th session of hypnotherapy and coaching, I feel more free, normal and relaxed than I have ever felt in social situations! James went above and beyond my expectations of Hypnotherapy. I guess I was expecting him to sit across from me with a pendulum in his hand while I watch it go back and forth, back and forth falling into some type of a trance like state. Instead, I got to sit back in a very comfortable chair, lean back, put some head phones on, listen to awesome bilinear beats, and wear these amazing glasses that helped me get right into a deep state of relaxation, and comfort. I went to James Barfoot on March 13, 2020, my first session was two hours, the first 1 1/2 was getting to know me. I went to Hypnosis to lose weight, I was quickly told it's not about weight, I discovered my life was overwhelming me, not being organized, having too many craft projects, the volume of "stuff" in my life was crippling me. I would highly recommend James if you are needing an extra push motivation wise or just feel like something is missing to obtain your goals.
