It's clear now that wasn't the case, but the lack of effort within the booked time was unacceptable. To make matters worse, Grace--who I believe handles customer communication--was incredibly argumentative and dismissive. There was absolutely no attempt to make the situation right or offer any kind of resolution. Zero customer service. I will not be using their services again, and I do not recommend them to others.

I requested a focus on the floors - all hardwood and tile - but that was not satisfactory (bathrooms seemed to be their focus and ours are tiny). They charge by the hour and the very sweet staff worked verrrrrry slowly as the clock ticked to an enormous amount of time/$ for a 1000sf house with just two living in it.
