Had not heard back from her after her call, and every time, I had to contact her to get a very short, limited response. She dragged on for two weeks, and the last response was that she went on maternity leave. Very unprofessional practice, wasting my time. I went online and got quotes myself. If she didn't drag on, I would not be wasting my time working with them, and then writing this review.

I called earlier in the day and nobody was available. So I decided to take a nap and call back later. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and kept talking down to me and kept literally talking over me and would talk for a full minute without me getting a chance to respond. She was very snotty saying we called you back within a minute after you calling us earlier and said it very nasty. Again as I tried to tell her why I was not able to call back within a minute, cause I took medication and went to sleep. She again started talking over me. Then she accused me of screaming at them, which did not happen. Then she continued to talk over me and talk nasty to me and accuse me of being the one that was being nasty. When I asked to talk to her boss, the manager or even the owner, she told me that she was the owner, which I am 100% sure she was not. Disgusting behavior. I would never ask anyone to get insurance from this place if you're gonna treat your clients like that, you have no business being in this service. Giving me an attitude because I didn't answer the phone when you supposedly called me right back is disgusting. I don't care that you called me right back. Acting like I should be kissing your backside for your business is disgusting. I would recommend nobody to get insurance through this demeaning agency. Maybe it's because I'm white and not Vietnamese?
