I went to urgent care and saw Janice after having a virtual visit with my primary provider (I am…read moreout of state right now or I would have went in person to my provider) , where the provider suspected a staph infection and recommended antibiotics. When I got there, no one took my vitals -- no temperature, no weight, nothing. When I saw Janice in person, she completely ignored that information, barely looked at my skin, and insisted it was pityriasis rosea -- even though I explained that my boyfriend and my cats had the same spots. She brushed that off and told me it wasn't contagious, which made zero sense. I had to push back and practically fight just to get the prescription I needed. Once I finally got the medication, my skin started clearing up the next day -- proving my original provider was right. Janice was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who wants to be taken seriously or actually heard. 0 stars if I could.

I didn't feel judged or like a burden like some places I have been to. I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection and they actually listened and ran tests and helped me get treatment. They then prescribed me with medications to help. I've never been to a more patient, empathetic urgent care. I highly recommend if anyone is needing the immediate care. Their hours are also amazing as I find it pretty difficult to find good places open past 5pm as well as open every single day, even the weekends. So that's a really nice perk as well.

This ended up becoming the most unprofessional experience i've ever had a medical office. After an extensive wait (40 minutes out front, 30 minutes the back ), I finally had a visit from "Ms. Kelly." She then asked me an extensive lists of hobbies and was dismayed that I was not into any of the ones she listed. She acted like I was being a difficult, sulky child when i was there to talk about testosterone. Finally, she showed me pictures of her horses instead. She asked me only one question about what indicators might have caused me to make the appointment - and my answer was one that should have lead to more questions. She asked no more questions but instead directed the assistant to start finding codes to use for insurance lab billing. I had not agreed to the labs yet. After I was literally bullied into getting the lab work without being convinced about whether it was necessary, I went for my blood draw. It was a difficult blood draw and I was still trying to recover from the disturbing visit that I had just experienced. They called a week later and .... the testosterone test was never done ! The lab never did it. ! I gave 4 vials of blood , and the item that was supposed to be tested was not tested. No results. They are trying to talk me back into doing another one since they literally DID NOT TEST the item for which I had my blood drawn. Icing on the cake. Lost a day of my life, got bullied and laughed at by Dr/Ms. Kelly , got no additional info about whether. might be a testosterone candidate , and then they didn't test the blood I had drawn. Complete fail on their part during every step of the process.

They call and text me when to head their way. The prices are transparent. I have never been in the waiting room here for more than 20 minutes. All staff members are extremely respectful. I have gone myself about 3 times over the past couple years. I have brought my 2 year old and 3 year old as well. Best urgent care center I have ever been to by a mile.
