They even put up our new mail box & new numbers on the front of the house to the right of the front door. They came when scheduled and cleaned up after each days work. Felix and his crew were honest, courteous, kind, hardworking & professional! We highly recommend this fine company.

We had hired him to paint almost the full interior and exterior of our home but only got to doors, base molding, wainscoting, kitchen cabinets, and 1 bedroom. All of which have drips galore and missed spots. Zero prep on the cabinets, literally just sprayed over nails sticking out. He would say "I'm not sure what's going on with the paint because it keeps dripping but I'll go back and sand it off" or he would say "the drips were there before". He would ask me to go around with tape to mark anything that needed attention. The final straw was painting a bedroom. He painted the ceiling the wall color mistakenly. The walls were super stripey and soooo poorly painted. I mentioned this to him and he said "I don't know what's going on with the paint, I put two coats on. Would it be possible if I purchased higher quality paint?". We had given him a $3k deposit which he felt he had earned that week and decided not to refund us any of it (not even the portion for the exterior). We asked him to come pick up his supplies and leave all paint for us the next day. He said he could be at our house at 9am so we planned to meet him at that time. Instead he texts us at 7:30am saying he was there grabbing his supplies. My husband drove over to get the key back and discovered he brought "help", apparently another employee who was quite defensive about their (mostly the owner Felix's) work. It felt wildly unprofessional. But anyways, I'm all for giving credit where credit is due so you can be the judge, all I can say is hire wall to wall at your own risk.

We were therefore a little nervous when we made the decision to move forward with painting the house as it so badly needed. I received multiple bids from different companies and theirs was on par with the others but I went with All American because Tim was so thorough and walked me through the entire process when he came to give me the bid. We have a large house that had peeling paint and exposed wood in multiple locations and they did days of prep work leading up to starting the painting process. They were punctual, kept their workspace clean and did a fantastic job. I even changed my mind on our garage door paint color after they painted them and they happily repainted it for me without a big stink. After our bad experiences with previous companies we have hired for remodel work my husband and I often questioned "is there a company out there that still takes pride in the work they do and is focused on doing a good job rather than speeding through to get the check in the end?" These guys are that company and I wrote this review not just to let other potential customers know but also to let them know how much we appreciate their hard work and the beautiful end result. We plan to hire them again for multiple painting projects in the future!

So we had a brand new wall oven and began a frantic search to find a installer. Most appliance repair services don't install wall ovens, it takes a crew of 2. (Homer quoted me right away) .That alone caught our attention. Not only was the price significantly better, but the quality and efficiency were outstanding. They completed the entire job in just one day, which was impressive considering the level of detail in the work. Another thing we really appreciated was how clean and careful they were. There was no overspray anywhere, and everything was protected properly. The lines were clean, the finish looked very professional, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. Professional, honest, efficient, and fairly priced -- it's hard to find that combination these days. We would definitely recommend NW Coast Painting to anyone looking for a reliable painting company. Thank you again for the great work! They will have my business from now on.
