Just call and make an appointment. Pick a day to drop off your car (you can wait, but most of their services are multiple hours) and it's all done. One of the tinters helped me pick up out the perfect tint, and even offered to show off some of the cars of his coworkers to help me make a decision. Picking my car up... The Civic looks fantastic with the tint and paint protection (TST 5000). Dino explained everything very well and provided a starter kit for maintaining the paint/fabric protection. Overall, I would recommend TST to anyone looking for window tinting, car detailing, or aftermarket paint/fabric protection.
