We had a fantastic experience with Kevin from start to finish…read more We had a leak showing up in our laundry room and were having a tough time figuring it out since it wasn't happening when we were doing laundry and it only happened certain times when it rained, not all the time. My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. So I researched around for someone and came across the reviews for McToolman. Kevin was quick to respond, set up an initial consultation that worked with our schedules, and send us a quote. We were fine with the quote and scheduled for Kevin to make the fix. Kevin came as scheduled and made the repair very quickly. We have had no issues since and appreciate the great job we received in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Kevin with McToolman!

Highly Recommend Andrei, the Handyman - Honest, Skilled, and Easy to Work With…read more I've had the pleasure of working with Andrei from Fast Fix Charlotte on a couple of different projects, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Andrei is originally from Ukraine and is one of the most dependable, honest, and reasonably priced handymen I've ever hired. He's also just a genuinely nice guy and very easy to work with. We own a rental property in the area, and Andrei helped us with several repairs there. He was prompt, time-efficient, and handled everything with great skill and professionalism. We were so happy with his work that we had him come to our home afterward to move a swinging bench to the outside porch. Not only did Andrei get the job done, but he also suggested a better placement for the bench than what I had originally planned. He worked around the limitations of the ceiling joist locations to securely hang the bench, and the final result was exactly what we were hoping for--both functional and great-looking. I've already added Andrei to my shortlist for future handyman projects. He's a rare find: reliable, fair, and talented. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and capable, Andrei is your guy.

He is always timely, always comes in with the best estimate, is friendly, and chooses trustworthy, hardworking crews. We have never had anything go missing from our home and I have had to leave the house with the crew there alone many times. They get the job done right. It makes our experience with an unnoted plumbing company worthwhile because if it hadn't been for their mishap, I don't know how I would've found John Platko. The plumbing company referred us to him to fix some of the damage that occurred from their mistake. At the time, it was really annoying. But now, we have a great all-in-one handyman and painter.
